Who We Are

Paul Isaac grew up in Missouri and began his career in Iraq, working in private placements during the 2014 conflict with ISIS, where he gained hands-on experience leading teams and structuring capital under pressure. After studying Economics, he worked in banking and with portfolio companies in Detroit and Chicago, managing P&L, driving operational improvements, and executing growth strategies. In 2024, he returned to Detroit to continue working with portfolio companies while founding Isaac Management LLC, leveraging his combined financial, operational, and leadership experience to acquire and grow small to medium sized businesses with a disciplined, long-term approach.
