Meet our team
Paul Isaac
Paul grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, to Iraqi immigrant parents before moving to Iraq after high school. While in Iraq, he studied Economics and began working in consulting and private placements with the United States Mission in Iraq, Operation Inherent Resolve. After graduating, Paul returned to the United States and settled in Detroit, Michigan, where he began his career in banking. He later moved to Chicago, where he worked with portfolio companies for firms such as JPMorgan and Antares Capital. Recognizing a strategic gap in the lower middle market, Paul founded Isaac Management and returned to Detroit to pursue investment opportunities. He currently serves on two nonprofit advisory boards and works as an expert network consultant across a range of industries.
